Defaults: Add relationships

Relate a node revision to the user who created the revision.
Add a relationship to gain access to more file data for files uploaded by upload.module. Note that this relationship will cause duplicate nodes if there are multiple files attached to the node.
The parent term of the term. This can produce duplicate entries if you are using a vocabulary that allows multiple parents.
The parent comment.
The user who wrote the comment.
The node the comment is a reply to.
